PAYMENT

PREMIUM LUXXE HAIR, LLC offers two payment methods: Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. Both payments options are securely processed via the PayPal checkout service. There is no requirement to have a PayPal account in order to use the Credit/Debit Card option.

We accept credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We also accept Debit Cards.

If you are having difficulty checking out, please email our team at Order@LuxxeHair.com for further assistance.

In the event that you suspect you have placed a duplicate order, please email Order@LuxxeHair.com immediately (with "CANCEL" in the subject line) so that we can investigate the issue and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. 

CURRENCY

The currency displayed on LuxxeHair.com is in US dollars (USD).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5-7  business days of placement (for all custom orders, please allow 10-14 days), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING 

Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $295 or more, excluding the cost of shipping that are being delivered to an international shipping address outside of the United States. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. PREMIUM LUXXE HAIR, LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email Order@LuxxeHair.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that your order is placed and submitted to the correct address.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, PREMIUM LUXXE HAIR, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with PREMIUM LUXXE HAIR, LLC via e-mail at Order@LuxxeHair.com. 

PREMIUM LUXXE HAIR, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Premium Luxxe Hair, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We have an exchange only policy: If you believe you have received the wrong item, please e-mail Order@LuxxeHair.com within 48hrs of delivery date and you may  Exchange your item for equal value, as long as the product is in it's original state, original packaging, not worn or damaged. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Orders over $295 receive FREE shipping.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
